TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed below. Thank you!

GENERAL

● The final product is for the client’s personal use only (ie. profile picture, banners, printing that is not to be sold for monetary gains)● Kindly indicate if the order is intended for commercial use; commercial use will cost additional fees (+100% of the price) for commercial rights. Please state the intention and discuss with me first.● I have the rights to decline commissions.● Putting any of my work into any AI engines is prohibited.● No deadlines, as much as possible.● Regular updates will be sent to client whenever there is progress with the commission.● Original character commissions should have a reference ready.● Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission.


POSTING ONLINE

● Credits to @kaje_zu is required if the client wishes to post the product on their own social media account.● Only the watermarked version of the final product may only be posted on any online platforms (This applies to me and clients).● I retain certain rights and ownership of my art pieces, such as uploading them on social media for promotional purposes.


PAYMENT

● Payments are done through Payment or Ko-fi in USD($) only.● Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.● Full payment is to be settled before or once the colored sketch is approved.● Any payments made by the client are non-refundable EXCEPT when unexpected events occur on my side which causes me to be unavailable to further with the commission. Refunds will depend on how much I have accomplished.● If client requests to have revisions beyond sketch, major edits (eg. composition, character changes, major pose changes, etc.) will have additional charges. Minor edits (eg. base colors, filter, position of minor details, etc.) are free of charge.
